Our Essence

Premium spirits deserve more than just distribution, they deserve advocacy, education and thoughtful placement. Too many brands are pushed into market without context or care. We exist to change that.

WHO WE ARE

Project Still is a boutique spirits portfolio dedicated to representing and championing premium independent producers in Western Australia. We take a relationship-first approach to building market presence, working with venues where a spirit can genuinely belong and be understood, not just stocked. We don't aim for everywhere. We aim for the right places.

OUR ORIGIN

Project Still grew from the success of The Gin Project. Originally launched to support and advocate for Australian gin producers through education, storytelling and trade engagement.

As the industry evolved, so did the need for a broader, category spanning platform.Selective representation was needed to deepen brand confidence and support sustained market presence across all spirits.

OUR APPROACH

We operate differently from a traditional rep model.

No catalogue selling.

No blanket venue lists.

No sampling for the sake of visibility.

Our focus is long-term market affinity built through education, placement strategy and authentic trade relationships. When we represent a brand, it is done with intention and care, not churn.

Our Values

At Project Still, our values shape the way we partner with distillers and trade, ensuring every brand is represented with care and intention.

Selectivity

We partner intentionally, choosing spirits whose craft and origin deserve to be represented with care. The right fit matters more than broad reach.

Advocacy

We don't just place spirits, we champion them through education, storytelling and thoughtful trade engagement.

Connection

Our work is built on relationships, not transactions. When a brand enters a venue, it is introduced with context, care and purpose.
